At Livebetter, our top priority has always been to make access to vital health and wellness services as seamless and safe as possible. The past few months have made the importance of this mission clearer than ever.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Providers will wear face masks / covers / aprons and / or gloves during treatments as an improved safety measure.
Customers can share special cleaning requests before the provider reaches their home, workplace, or spa. We ask that for home services, clients wear their own sheets and wear a face mask.
CLEANLINESS PRACTICES
At Livebetter we follow the guidelines required by the Government, on hand washing or the use of hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content and mask. Masseurs are asked to remove their shoes when entering homes, workplaces, or spas, change their clothes, and wash their hands well before starting each treatment. The best practice for the industry is to disinfect equipment between customers. Our masseurs have the COVID-19 certificate required by the Government.

Frequent questions
What should I expect from my first session?
You will find all the disinfected equipment according to the government security protocols, for this we will arrive 20 minutes in advance. The therapist should change clothes and shoes before each session, as well as wash and disinfect his hands. The therapist must be protected with an apron and visor during the treatment.
How should I prepare for my first treatment?
At home.
It is preferable to use your own sheets or towels for treatment and take a shower before. We will take care of everything else.
At work.
Client to arrive as close to appointment time as possible.
Client to leave coats / bags at their desk.
Clients to come alone to their appointment.
Clients are not required to wear a mask / covering but they
can choose to wear one if they prefer.
Client should go to the bathroom to wash their hands
before arrival and use hand sanitiser to disinfect their
hands when exiting.
